The Prize

The lucky winner will enjoy a four hour complete pampering experience at Julia Boggio Studios, with a vintage make-up artist and hair stylist all on hand to recreate that retro Hollywood studio look. There’s even a glass (or two;-) of bubbly to get you ‘in the mood’.

Once you've had your shoot you'll have the opportunity to choose your favourite portrait and the team at Julia Boggio Studios will create for you a large framed pin-up portrait of you as a centrepiece for your home.  You'll also receive 10 retouched digital images (worth £1600), plus a free Bob Books photobook (worth £150).

This prize package is worth over £3,000!

About Julia

The award-winning and internationally renowned photographer Julia Boggio established her studio in London in 2005.  Her aim then – as it still is today - was to create a unique photography studio that would enable everyone to enjoy the sort of high-end fashion shoot experience normally associated with style magazines such as Vogue and Vanity Fair.  Her work has established Julia as one of the country’s leading portrait photographers, and her photographs are used in exhibitions and magazines worldwide.

Julia and her husband James appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show with Patrick Swazye in 2007 after their own "Dirty Dancing" wedding video went viral on youtube.

Julia's work regularly features in the media and has been recognized by The Sunday Times, The Oprah Winfrey Show, You & Your Wedding, Your London Wedding, Professional Photographer, Cosmo Bride, Baby London, Hudsons, BBC, Wedding TV, MPA Magazine, SWPP magazine, and numerous other publications and television productions.

    The photo shoot prize must be completed by 30/07/2012.  The free photobook prize expires on 31/12/2012.  Digital images can be reproduced to a max of 8x10 inches. Prizes cannot be transfered or exchanged for monetary equivalent.  Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize or offer.  Copyright on all images is retained by Julia Boggio Studios.  Any image that is used in print or online in any form, including social media) must be credited with Images by Julia Boggio Studios.  Resulting images may be used by Julia Boggio Studios and Bob Books for publicity purposes. Behind the scenes images or filming may be carried out.

    Entry to competitions is free and open to UK residents only. This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK except for the staff of Bob Books Ltd, and Julia Boggio Studios.Entries must be submitted in the formats specified in the entry form. Bob Books Ltd reserves the absolute right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries. The competition can be extended or cancelled at anytime without notice and at the discretion of Bob Books Ltd. No entrance fee or purchase is required to enter the competition. Bob Books Ltd reserves the right to reject any entry on any grounds that it may from time to time consider appropriate. The decision of Bob Books Ltd to accept or reject an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
